Born in Calgary, Alberta. Riding for eleven years, and currently living in Vancouver, BC, for the last four. I learned most of what I know from Andrew Maccannel and Matt Rae. Andrew taught me the most when I was just starting out, and Matt taught me everything I know about speed and downhill by taking me to Vernon almost every weekend for a whole summer. He is definitely the reason I am where I am today with my riding.
I love riding because it gives me a feeling of peace and calm when riding down a hill. In those moments I am completely centered in the moment, nothing else exists. No stress, no job, no drama, just the moment. It’s when I feel the most free.

I ride PARKtek boards because they are designed by the riders for the riders. You can tell how much effort and love goes into each board they create. Rider feedback is actually taken seriously and changes are made to each design based on what a rider says. It’s a grassroots company that makes boards simply for the passion of creating them, not for monetary gain but simply for the stoke. The owners put in a shit ton of effort not only in making boards but attending events and skate sessions as much as they possibly can.
The thing that I am most stoked on is the team. For me personally, almost every member from the team are people I've been learning and skating with for almost a decade. We all vibe together really well and it shows. Both during skating and during the parties, the PARKtek team makes a presence everywhere we go. At races, we're always the largest team the skates together as a pack, no matter what run. Love that shit.
My favourite board at the moment is The Good Copy, designed by Matt Rae. We have similar tastes and a similar style when it comes to riding.
